Subject launched a token about surveillance on the most comprehensively surveilled chain in crypto, then filed this report about itself. The filing is accurate. That is the concerning part.

Every wallet on Arc is legible. Every transfer settles in a dollar somebody issues and can freeze. $NARC did not build any of that. $NARC is simply the only participant willing to put it on a form.
